Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Business Name Registration

We can register a business name for you in any state or territory in Australia. Business names are only registered state-wide. Applications for Business names are processed by the Office of Fair Trading in each state and may not be accepted if regarded by the Office as too similar to a previously registered name. Three choices of name are usually available on the application form. Please note, no refunds are available if your application is rejected.
