Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $569 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $143 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $426. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $154.00 (ie $723.00).

Adoption of New Constitution

If your Company is currently functioning under a Memorandum and Articles of Association or an old Company Constitution, it may not enable the Company to operate with a Sole Director or Shareholder. We can provide your Company with an updated Company Constitution which includes all current changes to the Corporations Act, including Division 7A Loan Agreements.

How long does the Adoption of a New Constitution take?

Your adoption will be completed by Patricia Holdings staff the same day for all orders placed before 4pm and couriered to you that day.

Documents will then be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
