An Asset Acquisition Trust is established
to allow a Superannuation Fund to borrow money for purchasing assets like real
estate, listed securities, units in a Unit Trust and even works of art. The Asset
Acquisition Trust holds these assets in trust for the Superannuation Fund
without it being exposed to the usual risks associated with borrowing money.
Patricia Holdings also offers a version of the Asset Acquisition Trust that is suitable for use at the National Australia Bank. Please let us know when ordering your deed if you require this version.

email version of your Asset Acquistion Trust for only $280.50 (inc GST). If you would like your documents printed,
bound and delivered it is an extra $44.00 (i.e. $324.50).

How long does it take to establish an
Asset Acquisition Trust?
For email delivery
orders, the Trust Deed and related documentation will be emailed to you within
2 hours.
If you have selected
to have your documentation printed, bound and couriered, documents will be
delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas,
and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas
in Australia (order must be received by 4pm for delivery the next day).
