Company Registration from $532 inc GST

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Business Name Registration

We can register a business name for you in any state or territory in Australia. Business names are only registered state-wide. Applications for Australian Business names are processed by the Office of Fair Trading in each state and may not be accepted if regarded by the Office as too similar to a previously registered name. Three choices of name are usually available on the application form. Please note, no refunds are available if your application is rejected, but you are able to re-apply within a certain time frame.

How long does it take to Register a Business Name?

Once the order is received, Patricia Holdings will prepare all documentation that day and post it to you overnight.

The form can not be lodged electronically, and therefore must be signed by a proposed Proprietor of the Business Name. As this signature must be an original on the form Patricia lodges, you must send the original signed form back to us to enable us to complete your Business Name Registration.

Once we have received the original signed form, staff at Patricia will lodge the signed form with the Office of Fair Trading the following morning for NSW Business Names (or post to the relevant Fair Trading Office for other states). Documents will then be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
