Company Registration

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Change of Company Name

$498.30 (inc GST)

If you wish to change the name of your existing company, we can prepare all necessary forms and resolutions for you and lodge all forms with ASIC. We are also able to process all documents concurrently should you wish to swap the names of two or more of your companies.

What is included in the Change of Company Name Package?

  • Name change certificate
  • Copy of Form 205
  • Members' resolution
  • Common Seal
  • 484 for lodgement if necessary

How long does it take to Change a Company Name?

Once the order is received, Patricia Holdings will prepare all documentation that day and either email to you or post to you overnight.

The ASIC Form 205 can not be lodged electronically, and therefore must be signed by an Officeholder of the Company. As this signature must be an original on the form Patricia lodges, you must send the original signed Form 205 back to us to enable us to complete your Company name change.

Once we have received the original signed Form 205, staff at Patricia will lodge the signed form with ASIC the following morning. Documents will then be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
