Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Changes to Unit Trust Deeds

Changes to Land Tax on Trust Deeds in NSW have occurred as a result of a recent court ruling. Many existing Standard Unit Trusts are now deemed to be Specialty Trusts and are therefore not eligible for the $352,000.00 tax-free threshold which exists on Land Tax for Fixed Trusts. We can amend your current Trust Deed to change its status to a Fixed Trust for NSW Land Tax purposes and therefore ensure these tax savings.

Please note that only standard Unit trust Deeds can be converted to Fixed Unit Trusts. Multi-class or Hybrid Unit Trust Deeds can not be converted.

How long does it take to make Changes to Unit Trust Deeds?

All basic changes will be completed and either emailed or posted to you within one day of ordering.

Conversion to Fixed Trust for NSW Land Tax - $770.00(inc GST)

This change can take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the existing Deed which you are converting. All of these conversions are attended to personally by our Solicitor upon receipt of a copy of your existing Unit Trust Deed. Once the documents are completed they will be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.

For any other changes, you will be notified by Patricia staff of an expected timeframe when you place your order.
