In addition to adopting a new Constitution for the Company
enabling it to operate with a Sole Director and Shareholder, we can process all
the required clerical work to resign Company Directors and/or transfer shares
necessary to change the Company into a Sole person format. All relevant ASIC
forms can be prepared and all necessary minutes or resolutions can be provided
to you.
Optional Share Transfer:
For an additional charge ($55.00 for online lodgement or $99.00 for the forms to be signed and returned), Patricia Holdings can also perform any share transfers required to convert the company to a sole person company.

How long does the Conversion to Sole Person
Company take?
Your conversion will
be completed by Patricia Holdings staff the same day for all orders placed before 4pm
and couriered to you that day. The ASIC
Form 484 will be lodged on this day, or for orders where you have requested to
personally sign the Form 484 (additional $33.00) the ASIC Form 484 will be
lodged upon receipt by Patricia Holdings of the signed form.
Documents will be
delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas,
and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas
in Australia.
