Company Registration

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Convert Company Type

If it is necessary to change your Company from its current type, we can convert to and from Public or LBG, Proprietary, Sole Purpose Superannuation Trustee and Company Title Property (Home Unit) Companies. All conversions are processed through ASIC with all relevant minutes and resolutions provided, all forms completed for you and the appropriate Constitution adopted.

How long does it take to Convert a Company Type?

Super/Company Title Property - Documents will be prepared and lodged by Patricia staff the same day for all orders placed before 4pm and then couriered to you. Documents will be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.

Pty/Public/LBG - Documents will be prepared for signing by Company Officeholders the same day for all orders placed before 4pm and then posted to you overnight. The ASIC Forms 205 and 206 can not be lodged electronically, and therefore must be signed by an Officeholder of the Company. As this signature must be an original on the form Patricia lodges, you must send the original signed Forms 205 and 206 back to us.

Once we have received the original signed forms, these will be sent to ASIC that day. ASIC will then publish a notification of the intention to convert the company type in the ASIC Gazette which usually takes a period of 2 months. Following this, ASIC will convert the Company type and send the new certificate to Patricia Holdings. We will then finalise all documentation, including a new constitution dated the date of the conversion, and courier all documents to you. Documents will be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
