Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $555 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $143 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $412. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $154.00 (ie $709.00).

Duty Stamping of Trust Deeds

All types of trust deeds (with the exception of Superannuation Fund Deeds) established in NSW need to be duty stamped upon establishment and execution. This can be done either directly by the Office of State Revenue (OSR) or by an agent of the OSR.

Patricia Holdings is an official registered agent of the OSR, meaning we can duty stamp your trust deeds for you – even if we did not set them up. As long as the state of jurisdiction is NSW, simply send your signed deeds and the completed statutory declaration to us and we will stamp your deeds and send them back to you the same day.

What is included when Patricia Holdings duty stamps my trust deeds?

Patricia Holdings makes duty stamping your trust deeds easy, as you no longer need to stand in a line at the OSR or wait for days to receive your stamped deeds. With Patricia, you will receive a courier delivery containing your original signed deeds back, with an official OSR stamp on the first page of each deed – indicating that they have been duty stamped.

How much does it cost?

Patricia’s fee for duty stamping your deeds is a nominal fee to cover our costs of only $60.50 (inc GST). This fee is discounted if stamping is ordered at the time of ordering the establishment of the trust deed. Stamp duty on establishing deeds in NSW is fixed, as long as they are stamped within 3 months of the date of execution. The cost is $500 plus $10 for every duplicate deed. For example, if you would like all four copies of your deed stamped, the total cost of the stamp duty is $530.

How long does it take to have my trust deeds duty stamped?

Patricia Holdings will duty stamp your deeds the same day that we receive the signed deeds and statutory declaration. As these deeds are then official legal documents, they must be couriered back to you to ensure their delivery. You will receive your stamped deeds the same day for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, or they will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
