From 31st March 2012 if you order online and pay by credit card it will be mandatory to include the 3 or 4 digit Card Security Code (CSC). This code is generally printed on the back of your credit card.

We are now able to change company names online. Once we receive your request for a company name change, we will prepare the documents and lodge them electronically with ASIC, making it much quicker.
Because we are an ASIC Registered Agent we can lodge them online without a Directors signature. Meaning we no longer have to post the forms to you for signing and wait for them to be returned before we take the forms into the ASIC office. This process can now be done on the same day that you place your order.

The Office of State Revenue has increased the cost of Duty Stamping for Deeds. They are now charging $500.00 for the original Deed and $10.00 for each duplicate, so if you were to get all four copies of your Deed stamped it will cost $530.00.
This applies to all Deeds signed and executed after 1st January, 2009. If your Deed was signed and executed prior to this date, you will be charged the previous cost of $200.00 for the original Deed and $2.00 for each duplicate, totaling $206.00 for all four copies of the Deed.
