Company Registration

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Reconstruction of Company Register

If you have lost all the documents relating to your company, or have incorporated by yourself directly through ASIC and therefore do not have a company register, we can prepare the necessary documents for you to reconstruct your company register as it would have been on the date of incorporation. This includes issuing a constitution and obtaining a certified copy of your Certificate of Incorporation.

Reconstruction of registers to reflect changes in the operation of the company over a period of time is also available upon application and is dependent on the appropriation necessary information by Patricia Holdings.

How long does the Reconstruction of a Company Register take?

For reconstruction as at date of Incorporation, the process will take approximately 1-2 days to replace your lost Company documents. The day following receipt of the order, Patricia staff will obtain a certified copy of the Certificate of Registration from ASIC. All documentation will then be prepared and couriered to you.

Reconstructions to bring a company up to date will depend on the age of the company and amount of changes made to the company during that time. Patricia staff will contact you upon receipt of the order and advise an expected timeframe.

Upon completion, documents will be delivered within 4 working hours for Sydney CBD and lower north shore areas, and will be sent by overnight courier for next day delivery to all other areas in Australia.
