Company Registration

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Reservation of Company Name

$73 (inc GST)

A company name can be reserved for you for a period of two months should you wish to secure the name but do not yet have all the details required to incorporate the company. This reservation can be withdrawn at any time if required.

  • ASIC confirmation of Company Name Reservation

How long is the name reserved for?

The name is reserved for 2 months.

How long does it take to reserve a Company Name?

Upon receipt of your order, the name will be reserved with ASIC within 30 minutes (subject to availability of the name and acceptance by ASIC). The documents will be posted to you overnight.
