Company Registration

Patricia makes company registration easy. We offer an online, email version of your ACN and Certificate of Registration for only $532 (inc GST). The Patricia fee is $132 (inc GST) and the ASIC fees are $400. If you would like your documents printed, bound and delivered it is an extra $148.50 (ie $680.50).

Share Transfers, Issues or Conversions

All changes to Share Classes, Share Holders or Share Numbers can be processed including the provision of all relevant ASIC forms and all necessary minutes or resolutions to update your Share structure. Additionally, new share certificates can be provided to you.

What is included in the Share Transfers / Share Issues or Share Conversions Package?

  • Members' resolution (as required)
  • Directors' resolution (as required)
  • Copy of ASIC Forms 484 or 211 (as required)
  • Share Certificates (as required)

How long does the Share Transfers / Share Issues / Share Conversions take?

Your documents will be completed by Patricia staff the same day for all orders placed before 4pm and posted to you overnight. Any ASIC Form 484s will be lodged on this day, or for orders where you have requested to personally sign the Form 484 (additional $22.00) the ASIC Form 484 will be lodged upon receipt by Patricia of the signed form.
