A Bare Trust is established to allow a Superannuation Trust to borrow money for purchasing assets like real estate, listed securities, units in a Unit Trust and even works of art. The Bare Trust holds these assets in trust for the Superannuation Trust without it being exposed to the usual risks associated with borrowing money.

This Trust Deed Document is prepared using our latest version and replaces earlier versions issued in prior years. Patricia Holdings has worked closely with its Consulting Counsel to create a Trust Deed that is both flexible and easy to understand. The Deed is reviewed regularly to ensure that it is up to date with all legislative and statutory requirements.

How long does it take to establish a Asset Acquisition Trust Deed?
For email delivery orders placed online, the Trust Deed and related documentation are typically emailed within 2–3 business hours of receiving your order during business hours.
If you have ordered a Family Trust package that includes a trustee company, we must first register the company before establishing the trust. In these cases, delivery of both the company register and trust deed is typically completed within 3-4 business hours during business hours.
Please note that, as part of the AML/CTF reforms, some orders may require additional Verification of Identity (VOI) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks, which may extend processing times.
We aim to deliver our full-service couriered product to the Sydney metropolitan area within approximately 6 hours of receiving a completed order during business hours. Orders received before 11am are usually delivered the same day.
