ASIC and Patricia Holdings Office Closure
Please note that ASIC will close at 12 noon AEDT Wednesday 24 December, and reopen at 8:30 am on 2 January 2026.
Please also be aware that our office will close at 2pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025.
Hard copy orders and all orders made offline via forms should be placed by midday on Tuesday, 23 December, to guarantee processing and delivery before Christmas (if in the Sydney metro area).
If you’re interstate or based in the regional areas and you need a hard copy delivered before Christmas, you’re in the hands of Australia Post’s Express Post, so we suggest you order by COB Friday 19 December.
Our office will open from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday 2 January 2026, and the week beginning Monday 5 January 2026. The office will be back to our regular hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm from the week beginning Monday 12 January 2026.
Our automated company incorporation and trust documentation systems will still operate during this holiday period. However, if your company incorporation order goes through manual review, or is delayed or rejected for one reason or another, it will not be processed until ASIC (and we) reopen on 2 January 2026.
