Stamp duty on establishing trust in NSW is fixed, as long as they are stamped within 3 months of the date of execution. The cost is $500 plus $10 for any duplicates. For example, if you would like four copies of your trust stamped, the total cost of the stamp duty is $530. Interest may be payable if the deed is not stamped within the 3 months.
Patricia Holdings then charges a small service fee on top of the compulsory government fees above of only $80+gst if the deed was executed using digital signatures, or $90+gst if the deed was executed with pen to paper signatures.
