For the second year running, Patricia Holdings is honoured to have been nominated as a finalist in the annual Small Business Champion Awards in the Business Services category.
We had a really enjoyable evening with people from other successful small businesses but unfortunately didn’t take out the prize in our category this year.
We are pleased to know however that our high level of service was once again acknowledged by our peers.
At Patricia Holdings, we have noticed a general increase in the number of company registrations during the COVID pandemic. Of course, this was after an initial dip in numbers.
The Treasury Laws Amendment (Registries Modernisation and Other Measures) Act 2020 (Cth) has now been passed. It provides for a new Director Identification Number (DIN) regime.
The Australian Government announced that it would be making targeted amendments to improve the operation and administration of Division 7A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth), as part of the 2016/17 Budget.
