If you wish to change the name of your existing company, we can prepare all necessary Forms and resolutions for you and lodge all Forms with ASIC. We are also able to process all documents concurrently should you wish to swap the names of two or more of your companies.

How long does it take to Change a Company Name?
Once the order is received, Patricia Holdings will prepare all documentation within 60 minutes of receiving the order and lodge the Form 205 electronically with ASIC once signed by a Director or Secretary of the company. ASIC will release the Certificate of Name Change within minutes of lodgement and we will email it straight to you.
