What does the Patricia Holdings team need to stamp my NSW trust?

For us to stamp your NSW trust deed, we need:

  • at least one deed with original signatures to be posted or couriered in to our office (unless the deed is being digitally signed);
  • a completed order form;
  • a signed declaration of execution confirming that your deed was executed in NSW (this is included on our order form); and
  • if the trustee of your trust is an individual or individuals, we require certified copies of their ID’s to be sent in with the deed for our records. For clarification, we do not require any ID to be sent where a corporate trustee is used.

We will also require payment of the OSR stamp duty fee prior to stamping the deed.

NSW trust deeds that have been digitally signed can be uploaded to the online order form or emailed to us and stamped electronically. If the deed has been signed pen to paper, we will need them sent to our office as OSR require we view and physically stamp the originals.
