Every company, and its directors, need to update ASIC on any changes to addresses, share structure, officeholders and members. The company also needs to lodge annual statements. We will act as your registered agent for ASIC, and we will submit annual statements on your behalf, and lodge any changes to addresses, share structure, officeholders and members.

How does your Compliance for Small Business work?

During the company registration process, once you have successfully registered your company, you can subscribe to the option for us to look after your compliance for you. If you have already setup your company, please call our customer service team and we will process your request over the phone or enter your details below.

We will then inform ASIC using a Form 362 that we are your registered agent and will act on your behalf. It’s that simple.

How do I notify you of changes?

We will then generate the ASIC forms and related documentation (including Minutes, consents, resignations etc) and send them to you for approval before lodging with ASIC. Please note that a fair-use policy applies and we will process up to 3 change lodgements per annum. Each lodgement can have multiple changes.

How much does Compliance for Small Business cost?

Our concierge service is $90 + GST per annum, that's the price of a coffee every 2 weeks for us to take your compliance worries away. If you need us to looking after compliance on an ongoiong basis, 3-year pricing is $255 + GST and 5-year pricing is $400 + GST.

We also have an unlimited option at $180 + GST where there are no limits on the number of standard changes and lodgements listed above.

What’s included?

Almost all the common changes including change of address for the company or its directors; share structure and members. We will also generate the annual statements required by ASIC on your behalf.

Please note that all change notifications and statements will be sent to you for approval before lodgement with ASIC.

What’s not included?

Anything that is outside of standard ASIC forms including Name-changes, Reconstructions, Deregistrations and Conversions. These services are generally only required in special circumstances.

What does Registered Agent mean?

As the Registered Agent, not only do we act as the intermediary between our customers and ASIC, we take on the obligation of ensuring that our customers stay compliant with ASIC and are responsible for lodging documents including annual statements on their behalf.

Where do the ASIC communications go?

The ASIC compliance notifications will come to our office. We can scan and send them to you, along with the annual statements and lodgements for any changes, for your approval.

Can I cancel my subscription?

While this is an annual subscription, you can call our Customer Service team and cancel your subscription at any time.

What happens if I sell or wind up my company?

You can call our Customer Service team and let us know. Depending on your needs, we can send you the relevant documents or process additional documents for you. Please note that any additional documents or services may have to priced separately.

What happens if I lose my documents?

Don't worry - as part of this service, we will maintain digital copies of all records, which you can request at any time.
